It is truly the rare case where litigation to the bitter end is the best solution for one party.   It is never the best solution for both parties.  My mediation secret sauce is finding the win in final resolution now versus long term uncertainty and often the best creative deals find value for all sides. 

The first step is for us to work with you and come up with a plan to get the results you need. Through our understanding of the law and your understanding of the circumstances, we will craft a path to success.

Deadlines cause decisions and if lack of information is a barrier to settlement, I encourage a two part approach.  An initial conference about prerequisite information and realistic options (with or without parties) followed by a facilitated session focused on a realistic and enforceable settlement.
